Happy New Years!!: Well it has been an interesting year in deed; moving away from the Davis Prestige Family and starting on a new journey to win the hearts of the riders of Oakland. With the move, we have added so many wonderful people to our family and to see our girls travel from Davis to continue making strides with Prestige is an absolute honor. We have been made so comfortable at Redwood Ranch, as they welcomed us with open arms. In a few short months, we have seen our riders grow both as equestrians and as people. We have never worked with so many young girls, who’s drive and passion can inspire everyone. As the year draws to a close and we embark on another year and another show season, we want to thank each and everyone who have joined the Prestige Family. We are honored that you have decided to make us a part of your life.
CWD Saddles: After searching for the best saddles available, Prestige has joined with CWD in hopes to bring high quality, professional saddles to our clients. We have tried many saddles over the years from many manufacturers and CWD has surpasses all of our expectations. If you are in the market for new tack, please let us know and we can schedule a custom fitting for you and your horse with our CWD representative.
We’ve Moved and a Sad Goodbye: As of June 1, 2011, Prestige Equestrians says Goodbye to Davis and will begin training out of the beautiful Redwood Ranch Equestrian Center in Oakland. Though we are excited about the move, we will never forget the wonderful people we have met and come to love in Davis.
To the Prestige Family: Everyone of you were so wonderful to have. We have seen you grow as riders and as equestrians. There are no words to express how much we will miss everyone of you. Thank you for your support and love, and please do not become strangers, as you will always be part of the Prestige Family.
To the ever growing and future Prestige Family: We are excited to be taking up lessons and training and Redwood Ranch. We look forward to getting to know everyone. Garry and David have been wonderful and have made us feel so welcome at the ranch. As all our students will tell you, Prestige is a family of equestrians who enjoy everything about riding, from competition to trails. If you have any questions or are interested in becoming a member of Prestige Equestrians, please to no hesitate to call, email or stop us in the barn isle.
Great Show: Starr Vaughn Spectacular
Team Prestige had another great showing. Julia and Laude won the $2500 Mini Prix. Good Thing Going took home THREE 2nd places in the jumpers and a 2nd in the Cloverleaf medals. This was his first horse show!! Lowengraf had another stellar performance taking home Champion of the 3’3” child/adult modified with TWO 1st. Kayla and Lowengraf also competed in there first 3’7” class together taking home 2nd. For more results click here
Congratulations to Laurel:
CZ Terry has found a new home with Laurel in Marin County. Terry has been a great horse for us over the years. She has an endless amount of talent and we are sure that she will make her new owner very happy. For more horses for sale please see our Sales Horses page
Welcome Miss Chesapeake Bay:
Congratulations Haley on your FIRST horse. We are so happy to have finally found the perfect horse for you. Thank you to Andrea Barbee for facilitating the sale. We look forward to the 2010 show year with this amazing pair.
Congratulations to Alison:

Let’s Show Halloween:
Cum Laude Z, in her second show back since weaning Prestige’s Endgame, puts on a great performance in the 1.20M jumpers taking home a show championship and winning 3 out of her 4 classes. Graf Furioso, with riders Genna and Maggie, placed in 7 classes with a 2nd in the SAHJA Mini Medal with a score of 80 and a 6th in the Carousel Jr/Am Medal . Living Right with Sarah took a 3rd in the Carousel Jr/Am Medals showing his diversity in multiple rings. Lowengraf and Ashley put up a solid performance placing in 6 classes from 3’7 –3’9. Great show girls!!!
